Summary

  • The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations processes to ensure the successful delivery of services to GBM clients.
  • While the Operations Lead will initially focus on the “Central Clearing House System” project, the role will expand in to include projects awarded thereafter.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build an intimate knowledge of the processes and activities to yield successful delivery of client services.
  • Manage, support, coach, and mentor all subordinates with the objective of creating a balanced workforce capable of service delivery in an optimal way.
  • Develop a full understanding of systems architecture with a strong emphasis on business, data, applications, and integration architectures.
  • Build a high-level blueprint of processes that form the core of the systems and identify processes’ interactions through the definition of associated inputs and outputs.
  • Associate identified process flows with business use cases and enforce the rules as defined by the use cases.
  • Adhere to all client-defined business rules and ensure their application during operations.
  • Understand and fulfill clients’ expectations by adhering to defined SLAs, fulfilling business outcomes, and respecting financial boundaries that govern service delivery.
  • Build and foster a working environment geared towards service delivery excellence.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism by engaging in transparent internal and external communication and abiding by GBM-defined service processes.
  • Identify the functional modules of the systems, and their roles in service delivery, and flawlessly execute the operational processes associated with each module.
  • Master systems interfaces, parameters, client users’ roles, and reports generation. Communicate findings and propose improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Deliver client services securely, undertake the operational management of security devices dedicated to protecting the target client products

Qualification, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor of Science in Operations Management, Business Administration, or similar with the related area.
  • 5 Years minimum experience in Operations Management.
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Native Arabic  Speaking and Good command of the English language is a must.
  • Team collaboration, multi-tasking, and working flexible hours.
  •  Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines
