Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to lead enterprise network implementations across cutting-edge technologies, including Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, and SD-Access. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise networking, proven leadership in project delivery, and the ability to design and document complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of enterprise infrastructure solutions (Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, SD-Access).
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams during design, deployment, and migration phases.
  • Develop and deliver High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and As-Built documentation.
  • Create detailed Visio diagrams and project-related documentation to support solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and efficient network solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide proactive solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance enterprise infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certifications:
    • Preferred: CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) or CCIE Data Center (DC).
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking and implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Cisco technologies: ACI, SD-WAN, SD-Access, and enterprise switching.
  • Proven ability to design, document, and deliver complex network solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation (Visio diagrams, HLD, LLD, As-Built).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Knowledge of Cisco Wireless solutions and Network Security technologies will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
