Hardware - Installation, Warranty & Maintenance

GBM’s specialized team of engineers is deployed to perform the server’s physical hardware installation, along with the operating system software, middleware, and application installation. This includes:

OS Software License Subscription Renewal

Maintaining active Subscription & Support (S&S) is one of the most convenient ways to protect software investment during the end of subscription coverage. A valid S&S helps you access new features and enhanced functionality to improve your current software’s usability, performance, and security.

This allows you to deploy new capabilities and guarantees continuous access to updates and fixes, with an authorization to upgrade from one version to the next updated version. In addition, a valid S&S helps you find solutions for your software scheduled installation, deployment, migration, and questions, including Severity 1 issues.

SWMA Renewal should not be done later than the day before the renewal date to allow the order to be renewed not later than the day before the renewal date. If the renewal comes after the renewal date, reinstatement is applied together with the renewal.
