Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Law and having practiced this in Qatar for at least 2 years
- Experience or exposure in the IT industry or IT projects
- A bilingual candidate is a must (Arabic & English)
- Experience in arbitration is an advantage
Job Role
- Provide legal counsel advice to GBM Management team on contracts and disputes.
- Develop and maintain Contracts and Agreements for all types of business scenarios GBM are involved in such as:
- Review and provide legal and risk evaluation on all Contracts provided by Customers including prime and subcontract obligations, dependencies, responsibilities, etc.
- Negotiate Terms and Conditions with customers and suppliers.
- Risk analysis for all business deals and contractual compliance to identify potential contract issues and assist in the resolution of the issues as required.
- Provide advice and guidance on the terms and conditions related to the various tax issues in Qatar.
