Roles and Responsibilities

  • L1 and L2 – Troubleshooting and problem resolution and within SLA
  • Creating and maintaining Requirement Document, Impact Analysis, RCA, and Solution Document.
  • Creating and maintaining user manual
  • Onboarding of New Users (Supporting Application Training)
  • Working with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Interaction with Business on related Application Domain.

SKILL SET

  • In one or more areas, like Dynamics CRM, IBM Maximo, Oracle E-Business Suite, Dot NET framework, SQL Server, Oracle DB, SharePoint, Open Text, HP Application Monitoring Tool, Primavera P6, ARM, Predict

Education & Other Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
  • English & Arabic is written and speaking.
  • Excellent customer interaction attitude and behavior
  • The candidate should be available in Qatar with a transferable visa and ready to join immediately
