Roles and Responsibilities
- L1 and L2 – Troubleshooting and problem resolution and within SLA
- Creating and maintaining Requirement Document, Impact Analysis, RCA, and Solution Document.
- Creating and maintaining user manual
- Onboarding of New Users (Supporting Application Training)
- Working with Cross-Functional Teams
- Interaction with Business on related Application Domain.
SKILL SET
- In one or more areas, like Dynamics CRM, IBM Maximo, Oracle E-Business Suite, Dot NET framework, SQL Server, Oracle DB, SharePoint, Open Text, HP Application Monitoring Tool, Primavera P6, ARM, Predict
Education & Other Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
- English & Arabic is written and speaking.
- Excellent customer interaction attitude and behavior
- The candidate should be available in Qatar with a transferable visa and ready to join immediately
