Collaboration Specialist / Engineer

Job Summary

GBM is looking for an experienced Collaboration Engineer,  the candidate will have the following experience/qualifications:

Job Description:

• Maintain, manage and monitor Voice infra. setup
• Checking voice server’s health & monitor.
• Checking voice gateway PRI is up and running.
• Fetching call reports on every 1st of the month.
• Attentive to attend the call coming from the command center 24/7.

Certifications:

• CCIE – Voice (Must)
• CCNP  in Routing and switching… CCIE R&S would be an advantage

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• 5 plus  years experience in the voice environment
• Good command of the English language
•  The candidate must be available in Qatar with a Transferable visa and NOC  & ready to join immediately.
