Junior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• 1-3 years of experience supporting, operating, troubleshooting, networking, and or configuring wireless devices/wireless networks.
• Knowledge of Aruba/HP Wireless Technologies
• Knowledge of security methodologies, policies, standards, and best practices of wireless devices.
• Knowledge or strong ability to learn about Wireless networks
• Act as the primary technical interface with the customer.
• Providing assistance in ticket management and reporting tasks.
• Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors.
• Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports.
• Contribute to project technical architecture design and development and maintaining the on-going configuration of the installed solution.
• Managing system backups and network security protocols.
• Maintain inventories of equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Arabic Speaking will be added advantage.
• Candidates must be available locally in Qatar with transferable visa and ready to join immediately.
