Roles and Responsibility
- Develop, document, update and maintain Procedures that meet our requirements and policies.
- Review and approve Application Support Services procedures.
- Maintain a continuous improvement program that improves Application Support service delivery.
- Dealing with the user’s Day-To-Day EBS operation request
- Dealing with Oracle support in case of application BUGs
- Test and evaluate and implement new technologies according to our Requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for End users and to first level support according to our requirements
- Study and analyze new requirement/s and implement provided that it’s within the initial analysis scope of the implementation project.
- Lead and participated in the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle SCM applications, including but not limited to Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align them with Oracle SCM best practices.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and automation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle SCM functionality, advising stakeholders on best practices and system capabilities.
- Monitor and maintain Oracle SCM applications to ensure high performance, data integrity, and availability.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for Oracle SCM-related issues.
- Develop and deliver end-user training and create documentation to promote system adoption and proficiency.
- Participate in system integration initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility and streamline data flow.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Oracle SCM.
Qualifications
- Must be Arabic Speaker.
- Excellent in English – written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementation and support.
- Proven expertise in Oracle SCM modules, with in-depth knowledge of Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Planning functionalities.
- Experience in managing SCM projects, including full-cycle implementations and system upgrades.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Oracle SCM applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle SCM certifications (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud Implementation Specialist, Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Cloud SCM applications.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, such as SQL, PL/SQL, or BI Publisher.
- Familiarity with supply chain analytics and business intelligence solutions.
- Previous experience in IT industry.
