- Responsible primarily for establishing the section, provide the framework and tools to initiate engagement and service management relationship with the principal customers and stakeholders of IT.
- Tracks ROI for business initiatives including cos, benefits, and risk.
- Leads in the development of business cases requiring IT-based solutions.
- Refines SLAs based on business needs.
- Maintains up-to-date awareness of industry and technology trends, and makes recommendations for implementation of new/upgraded systems and technologies.
Education & Other Requirements
- Bachelor or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- More than 10 years of Experience in project management and relevant industry experience must.
- Candidate must be available in Qatar with transferable visa only who can join immediately.
