Business Support Lead ( Maximo)

Job Description

Must possess knowledge and experience in Maximo, GIS, and other integral Asset Management solutions

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement effective operational support and services strategies and reporting.
  • Develop and execute service and support SLAs with business.
  • Manage and coordinate 3rd party and in-house resources for all related work plans, schedules, and deliverables under the support SLAs.
  • Provide Maximo subject matter expertise in terms of functional design/ configuration and technical architecture
  • Good technical understand (former SME) of Maximo EAMS and GIS solution for utilities ( not, manufacturing where there is no GIS)
  • Good technical knowledge of EAMS solution configuration and integration with other systems e.g. Geographical information system (GIS), oracle, CRMS, Qpro, and SCADA.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 10 + years of experience in Business Support Lead  ( Maximo)
  • Good experience in  Maximo EAMS and GIS
  • Candidates must be available locally in Qatar with transferable visa and ready to join immediately.
