Organization Change Manager (OCM) for Digital Transformation

Position description

Looking for a Digital Transformation leader with 10 + years of experience in business process redesign and implementation, organization development, communication management and methods to influence the behavior of employees to speed up the adoption of changes and achieve transformation objectives.

The role requires to lead teams & change management activities across multi-disciplinary fields including project management, operational stakeholders and IT teams to provide the required data and tools to facilitate the digital transformation of the organization.

We are seeking individuals who have completed at least 4 or 5 major large-scale change management initiatives and who have the following skills and experience:

  • Consulting experience in a large, strategic consultancy or firm specialized in change management or organizational performance or digital transformation
  • Strong exposure to Multi-cultural environments and multi-scale projects
  • Extensive communication experience from strategy to execution
  • Organization development/alignment and readiness
  • Business process redesign analysis and implementation
  • Training strategy to execution
  • Stakeholders management including coaching
  • Digital transformation experience to reduce operational inefficiencies and deliver an improved customer experience

Skills

  • Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities including the ability to effectively coach and influence executive and business leaders
  • Good experience in Information technology, enterprise & data architecture
  • Exceptional presentations skills (oral and written), facilitation and negotiation skills, analytics, stakeholders management with demonstrated ability to develop messaging for diverse audiences and drive groups to consensus and outcome
  • Deep knowledge of design thinking, change management principles, practices, methodologies and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team building with the ability to work with a variety of individuals including executive leadership
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Program management & Risks management exposure
  • High degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with high level of attention to detail
