Project Coordinator/PMO Admin

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly project review report including billing
  • PMO team planner
  • Prepare milestone/project completion certificates.
  • Vendor Management – Follow-up on vendor contracts, payments, etc.
  • Create repository based on the request from PM’s, keep the repository up-to-date.
  • Preparation of project pre-qualification documents
  • Project Material Submission
  • File and archive project documents
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Develop high-level project plans

Qualification & Others

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience as a PMO Admin / Co-ordinator.
  • Candidates must be available locally in Qatar with transferable visa and ready to join immediately.
