Women’s Day 2025

During our Women’s Day celebration, our GM, Raid Shahin, raised an important question to all GBM Qatar women:

“This year’s theme is ‘Accelerate Action.’ GBM is already a strong advocate for gender equality, but can you share any challenges you are facing?”

In response, the ladies confirmed that they felt GBM was one of the best companies to work for.  At GBM, women are treated with the highest respect, their opinions matter, and they are considered family. Employment and compensation are based on capability and contribution—not gender or nationality.
